Jenn Dierdorf is a visual artist working in painting and printmaking. She received her B.F.A. in Sculpture from the University of Kansas and her M.F.A. from the University of Connecticut. Dierdorf has been artist in residence at several arts programs including the Virginia Center for Creative Arts, the Vermont Studio Center, and the Wassaic Art Project. Her work has been exhibited widely including Lancaster Museum of Art, PA, Minnesota National Print Biennial at the University of Minnesota, MN, Art Space in New Haven, CT, Kathleen Cullen Fine Art, Cindy Rucker Gallery and Morgan Lehman Gallery in New York City.
From 2008-2013 she was the Executive Director of SOHO20 Gallery where she created and curated Savoir-Faire, an annual performance art series that featured emerging women performance artists. She participates in numerous panels and public roundtables on various topics on contemporary art and is currently an organizing member of the art collective ABC No Rio. Dierdorf is a member of the Committee for Women in the Arts at the College Art Association, as well as a coordinator for The Feminist Art Project. Dierdorf is a Co-Founder of the creative networking initiative Lady Painter Party and a contributor to The Coastal Post art blog. She maintains a studio in Brooklyn, NY.
